Dr. On and her team have been no less than incredible. I have dental anxiety and for once I'm not dreading my appointment in 6 months. I had to get two fillings and that was probably the best time I've had at the dentist. Dr. On has a perfect track record of no one dying from a filling and I was no exception. The staff is amazing! Front desk associate she is so nice, she has such a great attitude, she shines! Zoe is so nice, caring and dedicated, I enjoyed talking to her, the Doctor so knowledgeable, patient and caring as well, my first time coming here, and the whole team made it a great experience! If you’re looking for a dentist who won’t brush off your concerns, Smile On Dentistry is the place to be! Phobe is always so friendly and welcoming, and I’ve never had a bad experience during any of my visits.
Dr. On is awesome and so funny that she easily makes you forget you’re there to get your teeth judged and she some how makes you laugh while holding sharp tools near your face. True talent. 😂

I don’t have a high pain tolerance, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that she is one of the most gentle dentists I’ve ever had. I had a 2-hour procedure and didn’t feel ANY discomfort; truly amazing.

I have been going to Smile On Dentistry for almost 2 years. Dr. On and her staff have been nothing less than spectacular. They are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Lots of people have anxiety when going to the dentist, even from the beginning when you make your appointment with Phoebe, you will be treated like a friend and patient of years. Zoe is always friendly and makes good conversation, I have never been to a dentist with a better hygienist. Dr On is extremely knowledgeable and easy going, she really makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. As a new patient, I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. Dr. On and her staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Even though I had a lot of questions, I never felt rushed or that I was, "just another patient". Dentists make me pretty nervous, but this one didn’t. When she was talking to me about possible fillings she noticed my body language indicating unease and reassured me that we wouldn’t do anything I wasn’t ok with. I’ve never had a dentist notice my fear and proactively calm me before. The office is also beautiful and the people are nice. They took my insurance and didn’t try to sell me anything so I paid zero.

This was my first visit here and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming that it immediately put me at ease. I came in for a cleaning and X-rays as a first time patient would and ended up needing a quick cavity fill, and everything went so smoothly. The cleaning was thorough, and when it came time for the filling, the numbing was absolutely seamless—I barely felt a thing. Dr.On and Zoe explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling well taken care of and confident about continuing my dental care here. The main thing with a visit to the dentist is to feel confident and comfortable! . As soon as you  walk in you are greeted with a smile by Phoebe. She runs the front desk and is a consumate professional! Explains everything in detail and gives you options as far as your treatment plans go. Next you are greeted by Zoe with a friendly smile and professional attitude! She will be the assistant who takes your blood pressure and gets you prepared for Dr Jade On. Dr On is an outstanding dentist who makes you feel extremely comfortable which is a very important part of the appointment. She explains everything in great detail and gives you options as far as a treatment plan goes. I have gone to other offices where the Dentist is very good but the front office is horrible, and other offices where they tried to charge me 3x the going rate for a service. I am a new patient to Smile On Dentistry. I have extreme dental anxiety so going to any dentist is always really difficult for me. Dr. On and her staff made me feel so comfortable. Checking in on me regularly, asking if I needed breaks. Asking “Are you doing okay?” Made me feel less and less anxious. Dental anxiety is a real thing and when it’s dismissed, as it has most my life, it just makes people feel defeated. I’m very thankful to Dr. On and her staff. I hadn't gone to the dentist in nearly 10 years before I found Smile On, and Dr. On was never once judgmental or made me feel bad for this. Instead, she took care of me and my cavities, and now I'm just on a regular cleaning schedule! Every time I come in, I feel taken care of and the environment is calm and welcoming. Dr. Jade On, Zoe, and Phoebe are all great! I went in for serious tooth pain, and ended up needing a root canal. They made everything easy to understand, booking appointments simple, and accepted my insurance. The actual root canal procedure was quick and painless.
